On Friday, the 13th of December, many SIMCies took part in another exciting workshop at Wonderwerk Consulting.

Our SIMCies had the chance to work on real life problems that municipal authorities face when providing their services in the 21st century. Using the method of design thinking the two groups came up with SIMCly amazing prototypes to enhance service efficiency and quality.

Let‘s hope that these solutions will soon be put into practice to save us all a lot of time and anger!
